GIVING
Wheeler relies on the generosity of its members and friends in the community to continue to serve families and spread the Word of God.
You can give to the ministries of Wheeler United Methodist Church in the following ways:
In Person offerings
You can write a check or make a cash gift on Sunday mornings.
If you would like your cash gifts to be reflected on your year-end giving statement for tax purposes, please use one of the envelopes in the pews to let us know your name and amount so that we can attribute it to your statement.
Online Giving
You can set up one time gifts or recurring gifts via our secure online giving portal, which accepts Credit, Debit, and direct transfer.
Online giving history can be accessed at anytime via your Realm account, and these gifts will also be referenced in your year-end giving statement.
Rentals
Another way you can support Wheeler is by choosing to rent our facilities to host your next event or party. All income generated from these rentals goes back into the general fund to benefit our ministries and assist with facility maintenance. Supporting Our Community
From hosting free summer camps for low-income kids to purchasing items for the Blessing Box, Wheeler allocates a significant portion of our income to serve the needs of our members and neighbors in the community.
Maintaining Our Resources
We also use gifts and donations to steward our facility and grounds, pay our dedicated staff, and to purchase supplies that benefit our Sunday worship or groups such as craft supplies for our students, paper and ink to print the bulletins and newsletters, or new audio-visual equipment for worship.
